The make-up RS3 Sedan model, which is expected to be introduced by Audi in the first month of 2021, was caught in camouflage lenses at the Nürburgring. Offering a much more aggressive appearance compared to the A3 Sedan, the vehicle is expected to come with some changes in the interior.
The German car manufacturer Audi, which announced the renewed 2021 A3 Sedan last March, turned its work into the highly anticipated RS3 family after this model. Previously, the prototypes of the hatchback model were leaked many times, while the RS3 Sedan was displayed last March while it was being tested in the USA. The vehicle, which we haven’t heard much about since then, is now caught in the lens while waiting to be tested at the Nürburgring.
It can be said that the Audi RS3, whose camouflaged images are leaked, has a much more aggressive appearance compared to the standard A3 Sedan with its wider fenders and larger air intake front bumper. However, the larger grille in the vehicle and the LED headlight details similar to those in the A3 family are not overlooked.
What will the renewed Audi RS3 Sedan offer?
Starting from the interior, the make-up model, which is said to host a larger 10.1-inch infotainment display, is also expected to feature a 10.3-inch digital instrument panel and optional overhead display options.
When we come under the hood, the make-up model will most likely use a 2.5-liter five-cylinder turbo engine capable of producing 400 horsepower. Paired with a 7-speed S-tronic transmission and Quattro all-wheel drive system in the current Audi RS3, this unit can produce 394 horsepower and 480 Nm of torque. On the other hand, the stronger model RS3 Performance is stated to offer up to 450 horsepower, but Audi has not made an official statement on the subject for now.
It is not yet known when the renewed RS3 Sedan will take its place on the roads, but sources close to the industry state that the company will first introduce the new S3 model. For this reason, we need to wait at least 2021 years to see the new generation Audi RS3. If new developments regarding the car are experienced in this process, we will continue to share with you.
