The introduction of the OnePlus 9 Pro and other OnePlus 9 phones is approaching. The latest development has shown a significant improvement in the camera side of the Pro model.
Year 2013, the introduction of the Acer Liquid S2 smartphone took place. Careful users will remember Liquid S2 recorded as the world’s first phone to record 4K video. Two years later, when the era of 4K 60fps video recording begins on smartphones, we will switch to a new era with the OnePlus 9 Pro in 2021.
As the launch date of the OnePlus9 Pro approaches, some screenshots released via Weibo showed that the phone will break new ground in 4K video recording. In addition, the new images have clarified some of the features of the OnePlus9 Pro.
OnePlus 9 Pro 4K 120fps Era Begins
Leaked camera screenshots of the OnePlus9 Pro show that the phone can record 4K video at a frame rate of 120 FPS. The OnePlus9 Pro will fit twice as much frame rate per second in 4K recording, providing a significant advantage over rivals such as the Galaxy S21 Ultra and iPhone 12 Pro Max.
The screenshots released confirm that there will be no significant changes in the camera interface with the OnePlus 9 series. On the phone, where a 50-megapixel sensor (probably the camera in the Huawei P40 series) will be placed on the main sensor, the other cameras appear to be 48MP + 8MP + 2MP.
Looking at the section about the phone, we see that the Snapdragon 888 processor will be used on the phone as expected. Another expected detail will be the use of a 6.7-inch 120Hz 2K AMOLED display on the phone. The memory unit of the OnePlus9 Pro appears to be 8GB RAM / 128GB, but it is certain that a 12 / 256GB model is waiting for us.
