The Asus ZenFone 8 and ZenFone 8 Flip, which have blown up the market, a new family member is joining the party! Here are the details…
Asus recently launched two flagship devices to the smartphone market. These models made a splash in the market and were liked by users. It seems that the company is trying to produce a new device in the same series. Because a new Snapdragon processor Asus phone was displayed on TENAA. Let’s see the details about this device, which is expected to be the new model of the Asus ZenFone 8 family!
Big Surprise to Asus ZenFone 8 Series!
The model, which appears on TENAA with the model number ASUS_I007D, also uses the VODKA device code. We remember that ZenFone 8 and 8 Flip models are also displayed with SAKE and PICASSO device codes, respectively. Therefore, the first predictions are that this device will come as a new model to the ZenFone 8 series. However, there is one more possibility. Accordingly, the leaked new device may be the Qualcomm-Asus Gaming Phone, which has been talked about a lot in the past.
As you can see in the images, there is a Snapdragon logo in the middle of the back case of the device. We don’t usually see such a logo on devices. Therefore, the idea that Qualcomm and Asus companies will jointly release a gaming phone becomes even stronger. This device is thought to be powered by the Snapdragon 875 (aka Snapdragon 888) chipset.
Some other features of the device were also in our hands. The device, which measures 172.92 x 77.33 x 9.55mm, weighs 218.7g. The device houses a 6.78-inch OLED display. We’re seeing a battery that will likely be marketed as 4,000mAh but is actually 3840mAh (1920mAh x 2). In addition, the device has 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. On the back, we see a triple camera setup with a 64MP main camera and 12MP auxiliary sensors. The fingerprint reader is also integrated into the power button.
We have to say that we are quite excited about the model that we expect to come out of the box with Android 11. So what do you think?
