AFTER ALMOST 25 YEARS THEY WILL RETURN TO THE COURT
Slam Dunk was an anime that attracted a large number of audiences, especially sports lovers who were reflected in the figure of Hanamichi Sakuragi.
This play, created by Takehiko Inoue, aired its last chapter in 1996, leaving its fans wanting more.
Several years passed without the creator of Slam Dunk mentioning something about this work, and now, in the middle of 2021, it seems that we will see it reborn with a new movie that will bring us a lot of nostalgia.
If you grew up watching anime in the 90s, you probably met Slam Dunk, a work that inspired many fans to follow basketball closely.
Unlike other animated products, this one did not have a continuity through sequels, or new seasons, so it ended its story in March 1996 for its animated version and in June of the same year for the manga.
Almost 25 years after his retirement, the creator of Slam Dunk gave us hope of a return, confirming that there will be a new animated film of his work.

This little animation made all Hanamichi fans go crazy, although precise details of when we will see this work were unfortunately not shared.
SLAM DUNK HAD A LONG ABSENCE
The last time we heard from Slam Dunk it was through a little spinoff drawn on a blackboard, where Takehiko Inoue showed us what happened 10 days after the end of the manga.
This little work was revealed to commemorate the 100 million copies sold of this work, so it will be a great experience to see the characters again in their animated version.
Slam Dunk’s return is sure to have a great story, so stay tuned for the next updates.
