In what we are waiting for the arrival of season 10 of ‘American Horror Story’, Ryan Murphy has announced the creation of a spin-off of the veteran horror series. And the head has not been broken too much for the title, since it will be called ‘American Horror Stories’.
The idea seems to be a new series in which the anthological format will be maintained but, this time, in an episodic way. In other words, each one-hour episode would tell a unique horror story … and up to that point we have been revealed.
The creator and producer has given the news through his Instagram, where he has uploaded a capture of his video call with the cast of ‘American Horror Story’ (we can see Sarah Paulson, Jessica Lange, Dylan McDermott, Kathy Bates and Evan Peters, among others).

“American Horror Story” cast zoom call…where we reminisced about the good times…the spin off we're doing called "American Horror Stories" (one hour contained episodes)…when we will start filming the next season of the mothership…and other stuff I cannot print. It was so much fun and I'm glad we caught up. I miss everyone!
In it, the actors and screenwriters seem to have caught up on the future of the franchise. Recall that ‘American Horror Story’ is assured of its existence until season 13. About the tenth we know little more than the cast (with Macaulay Culkin at the helm) and its possible setting in a coastal place or an island.
So we will have to see Murphy’s proposal, but perhaps this new anthology is what the series needs to cool off a bit.
