Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who we know for his accurate predictions about Apple products, reported that the iPad Mini 6 was delayed to the second half of 2021. Here is the latest information on the new generation compact iPad.
Apple held a spring event two weeks ago, where it introduced its new products. The Cupertino company was expected to announce the iPad Mini 6 as part of the launch, but this did not happen.
According to Chinese analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple has decided to delay the release of its new compact tablet to the second half of 2021. Although Kuo does not mention the reason for this, the delay is thought to be due to difficulties with the chip supply.
Those who expect a new design may not find what they hoped for
According to the leaks, the iPad Mini 6 will not be much different from the current generation in terms of appearance. The tablet is expected to carry a thinner bezel 8.4-inch screen. It will also appear with the Home button containing the Touch ID sensor.
In addition to all these, the device is said to protect the Lightning port. As we mentioned earlier, the iPad Mini 6 may disappoint those who expect a completely new design.
