A new report published by the analytics company Counterpoint Research reveals the market shares of manufacturers in the world of smartwatches. In comparison with the same period last year, it is seen that the only brand that increased its market share is Apple.

It is stated that smart watch sales have grown by 35% compared to last year. Apple has once again proved that it is unrivaled on this side by increasing its market share from 30.3% in the first quarter last year to 33.5% in the first quarter of this year.

Huawei continues to be the second in the market with affordable smartwatch models. At least, the sharp decline in smartphone sales does not seem to be reflected in the watch segment. Huawei’s market share fell from 10.1% last year to 8.4% in the first quarter of this year.
