The Asus Zenfone 8 Mini, whose introduction date is approaching, appeared for the first time. We take a look at the smallest phone with a Snapdragon 888 processor.
As expected, as the launch date approached, more leaks of the Asus Zenfone 8 mini model emerged. For the first time, we take a look at the design details of the phone, which has passed some criteria tests and certification processes so far.
The Zenfone 8 mini, which will be almost the same size as the iPhone 12, will probably be the smallest smartphone with a Snapdragon 888 processor. Surprisingly, the phone, which will threshold the 5.9 inch OLED screen with Full HD + resolution 120Hz scanning speed, comes with a dual rear camera. While the main camera is expected to be 64 megapixels, it is among the information that the other auxiliary camera will be a wide-angle sensor. Obviously, Asus was expected to use at least three rear cameras on this model.
Zenfone 8 mini, which has a camera structure similar to the iPhone 12 and 12 mini, will carry a 4,000 mAh battery. While the front view of the phone is not included, a share recently released by the company showed that there will be no rotatable camera mechanism, instead a front camera will be used on the screen. In addition, Asus brings back the 3.5 mm headphone jack, which the Zenfone 8 series has not included for two generations.
Asus is expected to announce three more phones in addition to the mini model at the event to be organized on May 12. These are Zenfone 8, Zenfone 8 Pro and my foldable Zenfone 8 Flip. It is among the information that the Snapdragon 888 processor will power the Zenfone 8 and the foldable phone.
