Australia’s private gaming computer maker Dream PC is one of the newest organizations to accept bitcoin and other cryptocurrency payments.

The company announced the news to its users in a Twitter post and joined the list of major companies that accept cryptocurrency payments.

When purchasing customized gaming computers, Dream PC customers will also be able to pay with bitcoin cash, ethereum, litecoin and USDC.

In particular, companies in the electronics industry are taking the lead in integrating cryptocurrency payments at checkout. Recently, consumer electronics retail platform Newegg Vice President of Finance Nikki Tanlioco stated that bitcoin and other digital assets have gained popularity in e-commerce as a form of payment.

Newegg is among the leading companies worldwide that accepted bitcoin payments in 2014 after partnering with BitPay.

Increasing support for payments with cryptocurrency

As the cryptocurrency industry grew and offered an alternative payment option, PayPal took advantage of this growing industry after launching a service that allowed its US customers to use the bitcoin payment option at checkout.

PayPal is among the traditional institutions that contribute to Bitcoin after enabling cryptocurrency payment transactions in the USA. In addition, the $ 1.5 billion investment made by the electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla in bitcoin contributed to the rally. Other institutions that support the cryptocurrency industry include Visa and Microstrategy.
