The game is free for PS4 earlier than expected.
Call of Duty: WW2 is already free for PlayStation 4 ( PS4 ), on PS Plus , starting this Tuesday (26), as part of the titles that are offered by the service this June.
The offer is a small breach of protocol, as promotions usually go on air only on the first Tuesday of the corresponding month. The second free PS Plus game has not been released, but further information is promised later this week. The shooting game produced by Sledhammer Games was originally released in 2017 for PC, PlayStation 4 (PS4) and Xbox One .
In Call of Duty: WW2, players relive the theme of World War II by attending to the fans’ calls for a more “down-to-earth” shooter – without jumping on the walls or futuristic skills that gave an accelerated dynamic to the matches. Its plot begins in Normandy, on D-Day, and goes through monumental battles across Europe with the characteristic gameplay of Call of Duty.
PS Plus members: Call of Duty: WWII is part of the monthly games lineup for June, and will be available for download starting May 26.

In addition to the free games that PS Plus offers monthly to its subscribers, the service also allows online games, storage of up to 100 GB of data in the cloud and exclusive promotions on PlayStation Store. Once the games are redeemed, they will be for the player forever, but the subscription will still be required to start them.
