Star Chris Hemsworth, star of the new Netflix movie “Extraction” reveals his opinion that his next movie playing the god of thunder “Thor: Love and Thunder” was previewed 1 week on the premiere slate of Marvel Studios.
“Thor: Love and Thunder” was scheduled to start filming in August, however the recordings were stopped by director of the film Taika Waititi due to the current pandemic.
“It is beautiful and I am grateful to be in a small coastal town,” Hemsworth told Extra by video chat from Australia. “Thor recordings were supposed to start in a few months, and that has been put on hold, but that would be in Australia. So I was going to be in Oz for a while, but now it’s just being home with the kids. ”
Details of the plot remain a secret, but Hemsworth recently told The Inquirer that the film has “one of the best” scripts he has read “in years,” adding, “It’s Taika at its most extreme, and in his best moment. If the version I read is the one we will start recording with, it’s going to be pretty crazy. ”
Former Batman star Christian Bale is expected to play a villain in the movie, which also brings Ragnarok and Avengers: Endgame back to Valkyrie. Waititi will also reprise his role as good vibes Kronan, Thor’s partner Korg.
