Galaxy S22 News: It is stated that a competitive fast charging will finally be used in the Samsung Galaxy S22 series. Let’s take a look at the latest developments on the Galaxy S22 front.

For many years, Samsung has used adapters that provide 15-watt charging output in its devices. In 2019, the Galaxy Note 10 series reached 25 watt / 45 watt fast charging level. However, in the next two years, Samsung returned to the use of 25-watt adapters in its flagship phones. In the case of the Samsung Galaxy S22, this situation is reported to change.

According to the news of SamMobile site based on a reliable source, the Galaxy S22 series will use an adapter with 65-watt fast charging support. Curious whether all models in the series will support 65 watts. Bringing the Ultra model to a more special point every year, Samsung can offer 65-watt fast charging support only to the Ultra model.

Although the Galaxy S22 series will reach a competitive point in fast charging level, the adapter will continue to be out of the box. We have not been able to understand why, together with Apple, brands that suddenly cut off as environmentalists remove the adapter only from the boxes of their flagship phones. Adapters continue to be included in the boxes of entry and middle segment phones.

Anyway, Samsung needs an attack on the fast charging side with the Galaxy S22. Some competing manufacturers have already switched to 100 and 120 watts. So much so that the batteries of some phones are charged in just minutes. It is even noted that with the next year, Xiaomi will switch to the use of fast charging with a power of 200 watts.
