Exynos 2200 News: It has been revealed that the Exynos 2200 chipset, which will power Samsung’s Galaxy S22 family, will come with a 6-core graphics unit.
South Korean technology giant Samsung will soon appear with the Exynos 2200 chipset. The RDNA 2 architecture, which we first saw on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, will also be used in this chipset. Samsung, which will cooperate with AMD, will leave its competitors behind by leagues on the GPU side. An interesting claim has been made today about this chipset, which will elevate mobile games.
Exynos 2200 will show its difference on the GPU side
Famous leaking giant Ice Universe claimed that the chipset to be used in the Galaxy S22 family will come with a 6-core graphics unit (GPU) with RDNA2 architecture. On the graphics unit side of this chipset, which will have better performance than Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 895 chipset, the processor of the iPhone 13 will be even faster than the Apple A15.
Samsung’s new chipset will include one Cortex X1 core, three Cortex A78 cores and four Cortex A55 cores. This chipset, which will rise above the 3.0 GHz frequency, will lead the mobile industry like Apple’s Apple M1 chip.
As you know, Samsung used two different processors in the Galaxy S family. However, until now, there was not much difference in the versions with Snapdragon and Exynos. The performance on the Exynos 2200 will unfortunately not be on the Snapdragon 895. That’s why we think Samsung will use a single chipset this year.
