Crypto analyst and influencer Lark Davis predicts the best investments of the next 10 years, which he says have the potential to generate 100 times of earnings.
Davis tells his 163,000 followers in a new YouTube video that the number one asset group on his list are cryptocurrencies, which he calls “fintech on steroids” in terms of innovation.
“2020 received significant investment from billionaires and companies. All these guys – hedge funds, family offices, public companies are now entering this field. They all buy Bitcoin and Ethereum, and other crypto assets will start to accumulate sooner or later. “
Davis highlights the entry of big names like Paul Tudor Jones and PayPal as a sign that the crypto market will mature in the next decade.
Bitcoin and Ethereum
He impressively calls Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) safe investments in cryptocurrencies. However, he states that investors should follow the decentralized finance (DeFi) area closely.
“Probably the biggest area to watch right now is decentralized finance. This has the potential to completely disrupt and reprocess global markets. Our strong players like Aave and Uniswap (UNI) are already emerging. And of course, due to the wild west nature of the cryptocurrency, it will be a major growth area. However, there will also be a big risk area. There is a lot of volatility. Something worth keeping in mind. ”
Out of the krypton
In addition to crypto, Davis calls renewable energy another industry that long-term investors should consider.
“The sun is setting over oil and the sun is rising above renewable energy sources. We currently have a major transition towards high adoption of renewable energy globally. The estimates are that 3.4 trillion dollars will be invested in this decade. “
Third on the list is electric vehicles, which he describes as “a complete dunk” from an investor’s perspective, as countries around the world tend to outlaw gasoline vehicles.
“We will have 1.4 billion cars that will need to be replaced by electric cars in the next twenty to thirty years.”
Number four has the internet. Davis says the World Wide Web is ready to undergo a major overhaul in the coming years as industries such as artificial intelligence, 5G, the internet of things (IoT), augmented reality and wearable technologies emerge.
The last on Davis’s list is clean. The analyst highlights human population growth as the primary catalyst of this industry.
“By 2050, we will have three billion more mouths to feed. Already, our obsession with eating large amounts of meat consumes most of our cultivated land. It is causing climate change, deforestation, forcing our oceans and rainforests to dangerous overflow points. The only solution to scaling meat production to feed 10 billion people is clean meat, real animal tissue grown in a factory. It will be safer, cheaper and much more sustainable and environmentally friendly. “
