Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ users have reported issues with the S Pen after Samsung’s recent updates.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ smartphone owners have been complaining about S Pen problems they have experienced recently. The issue began to appear actively after installing the March or April 2021 security patch.

There is an issue with Samsung’s flagship smartphones released in 2019 after updates that occasionally causes the S Pen pen to disconnect. This causes some features to not work, including Air Actions. While the issue of S Pen disabling is not entirely new, the number of complaints has increased lately. Users are not satisfied with this problem and are urging Samsung to fix it.

Samsung hasn’t fixed the problem yet

According to some owners, they encounter a disconnect error as soon as you remove the S Pen from the socket on the smartphone. Even if you reconnect the S Pen, the problem persists. Users note that although the S Pen is disconnected from the Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+, they can use the pen to navigate, swipe, and touch the screen.

However, the camera app cannot use the Air Actions feature when navigating photos in the gallery app and to control the volume. Various reports state that the problem has persisted since mid-2020. Unfortunately, the South Korean tech giant has not yet addressed this problem and has not offered any solution to Galaxy Note 10 smartphone owners.
