Evan Blass (or @evleaks, from Twitter) published new renders of the next Samsung smartwatch, the Galaxy Watch 3. The cool thing is that the images bring a suggestive launch date right on the device’s display, which is July 22 . Observe the inscription on the black watch lens “WEDNESDAY 22”, which corresponds to the date mentioned and which will fall on a Wednesday, next month.
So far, Blass is the only information leaker that has published anything in relation to the Galaxy Watch 3 release date. He has also previously published other rendered images of the watch, including some high-resolution ones.
If you look closely, the clocks are almost identical. There are two control buttons on the right side and the bracelets appear to be made of stitched leather. What changes, from one to the other, is the color and the crown: in the black model, the crown (rotating) is toothed, while in the bronze model, the crown is smooth. Other than that, the display layout is also different, but this is configurable through TizenOS.
Putting together all the leaks of images so far, we were able to list two variants of the watch, one with 41 mm, and the other with 45 mm. Regarding the colors, we will have three models: one totally black, one totally bronze and one that will mix details in black and silver. Regarding the material, the device is expected to be manufactured in two options: stainless steel and titanium.
We emphasize that this information is the result of leaks and rumors. None of them have been officially confirmed by Samsung.
