Google, which started working for Android 11 a long time ago and released a developer preview for the new version in the past months, introduced the Android 10 operating system in 2019. Since then, the company continues to make its applications compatible with dark mode for both Android and iOS platforms.

This time, Google Search application, which is one of the most popular and popular applications of the company, has received dark mode support on both platforms. It was stated that the feature introduced by the company officials today can be activated by changing the default theme settings on devices with Android 10 and iOS 13 operating systems.

For Apple devices with iOS 12 version without dark mode support, it is possible to change and activate the theme from the Settings section of the application. As with most Google apps on the Android platform, the update was already live for testers.

Now don’t expect the new feature to reach the final version, which will also be suitable for the end user, to give it a full ‘black’ look, as in Instagram or Facebook Messenger apps. As usual, Google has made this app available in ‘dark gray’.
