Taiwanese tech company HTC has released a fairly expensive mid-range phone today. Called the Desire 21 Pro 5G, the model comes with a Snapdragon 690 processor, a 6.7-inch screen and a quad camera.
We’ve already heard that HTC is preparing to launch a new smartphone. The company quietly introduced the model Desire 21 Pro 5G today. Unfortunately, the device carries a very high price tag compared to the features it offers.
At the heart of the HTC Desire 21 Pro 5G is the Snapdragon 690 processor. The smartphone comes with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. It should also be noted that it has a 6.7-inch IPS display with FullHD + resolution (1080 x 2400 pixels) and a refresh rate of 90 Hz.
The device gets the energy it needs from its 5,000 mAh battery with 18 watt fast charging support. The company has included a 16-megapixel selfie camera on the front of its new phone. HTC Desire 21 Pro 5G comes out of the box with the Android 10 operating system.
Far from the price / performance line
There is a quad camera system on the back panel of the smartphone. The module consists of 48 megapixel main sensor, 8 megapixel ultra wide angle lens, 2 megapixel macro camera and 2 megapixel depth sensor.
HTC Desire 21 Pro 5G’s price tag is $ 430. The company has not made a statement on whether the smartphone will be launched on the international market. The device is currently only available for purchase in Taiwan.
