HTC was once pretty popular with its smartphones but had failed to compete with the newer models that hit the market. The company, which has been on the decline since 2019, started to rise for the first time in November 2020.

While this rise was not huge, it was a promising development for the company.

HTC is on the rise after a long hiatus!

HTC announced $ 19.7 million in revenue for November. The company had a revenue of $ 19.5 million in November last year. Thus, HTC, which has been on the decline for a long time, has experienced almost 1 percent growth in revenue.

It’s actually not a very high income compared to other companies. However, the company was able to generate $ 15.1 million in revenue in October. Compared to that, we can call it a pretty good uptrend. HTC’s total revenue by November 2020 was $ 210 million. Compared to last year, the company experienced a loss of almost 44.8 percent in its total revenue. The company’s total revenue for 2019 was 320 million dollars. However, December is still ahead of us. While it is impossible for the company to earn last year’s revenue, at least the gap can be slightly closed.

Looking at the year 2021, it is predicted that HTC will focus on its VR product line. Also, the company could launch in more 5G smartphones. However, at this stage, it seems unlikely that it will have a major impact on the company’s revenue.
