Huawei P50 is already the center of attention with its camera features. Huawei highlights the camera in its first posts. Here are the latest developments…
The Huawei P50 seems to change the balance on the camera side. The first promotions of the series, which will be officially announced on July 29, were camera-oriented. Huawei first released a video to demonstrate the lossless zoom feature. In the next post, it was stated that the camera system in the P50 will capture the most realistic colors. According to Huawei’s claim, the images taken with the P50 will reflect exactly the same colors as you see in real life.
The P50 series will be a camera-focused series, as expected. The P50 will feature a Sony IMX707 main camera, a Sony IMX600 ultra-wide-angle camera and a telephoto camera with 3X optical zoom.
With the P50 Pro model, we will see a main camera with a Sony IMX800 sensor. It will be accompanied by the OmniVision OV64A ultra-wide-angle sensor, a new generation periscope camera with 5x zoom, and a ToF sensor. Allegedly, the Sony IMX800 will be one of the largest sensors ever seen in a smartphone.
In addition, another sharing from the Huawei front revealed that the phone has LEICA supported lenses and there is an article just below the brand that says “VARIO-SUMMILUX-H1:1.8-3.4/18-125ASPH”. This means the phone will have Leica’s Vario-Summilux lens with apertures between f/1.8 and f/3.4.
On the other hand, Huawei has also released a video about the lossless zoom feature that it will include in the P50 series. You can check out this video below.
