Mnet’s “I-LAND” survival program just aired its first episode yesterday and of course it has caught the attention of the fans who are waiting for it.

According to Nielsen Korea, the first episode of the program made by Big Hit Entertainment and CJENM recorded a fairly low rating with an average of 0.4 percent on Mnet and 1.3 percent on tvN.

In the first episode the participants presented various performances by covering various famous idol songs ranging from EXO, VIXX, MONSTA X, NCT U, to TXT to entice the jury and producers in front of them namely Bang Si Hyuk, Rain and Zico.

‘I-LAND’ is a survival program followed by a total of 23 participants, where they will first compete for the top 12 to enter the ‘I-LAND ‘dormitory.

The program, which will debut a boy group educated by these three reliable producers, airs every Friday at 11pm South Korean time.
