Google’s smartphone strategy is quite interesting. Months before the phones are introduced, the review leaks, and the design and features become clear. Google Pixel 4a model is one of them and it has been on the agenda for a long time.
If we briefly remember the device before going into the details of the performance test: Google Pixel 4a is powered by a mid-segment phone and Snapdragon 730 processor. Yes, it would be better to come up with current processors like Snapdragon 765 and 768. However, when compared to the Snapdragon 670 in the Pixel 3a and 3a XL models, there is a significant change.

Powered by the device, the Snapdragon 730 is an eight-core processor manufactured with an 8 nm fabrication process and running at 2.2 GHz. This processor, consisting of Kryo 470 cores, contains the Adreno 618 graphics unit.
When we look at the performance test, we see that Pixel 4a outperforms the Pixel 3, which is powered by the Snapdragon 845 processor in some tests. In the AnTuTu test, there is a difference of approximately 10 thousand points. As you can imagine, it is not possible to compare this device with the flagships powered by Snapdragon 855 – 865 processors.
However, considering the price that will be offered for sale: We can say that Pixel 4a will gain the appreciation of users in terms of price performance.
