The iPhone 12 series, which Apple will introduce in September, will be powered by the A14 Bionic processor. According to industry sources, TSMC, which will produce the Apple A14 Bionic processor, has completed its preparations for the 5 nm fabrication process.

A-series processors usually enter the production line in May – June, so we can say that the last changes were made. TSMC has been producing Apple A series processors since 2016 and continues to improve its production line day by day. With the transition to a lower nm, the performance of the devices increases while a significant advantage is obtained in terms of power consumption.
