The Microsoft Lists application for iOS has been released, where you can access and edit lists or create lists.
Lists application for iOS has been announced by Microsoft. Microsoft Lists, which was first announced as a Trello competitor at the Build event, appeared as a web application in July.
Lists allows you to access and edit lists you own and have shared with you. Additionally, you can create new lists. Also, the difference of the mobile application is that it is more intended to be used on the go than the web application. To do this, Microsoft uses examples of creating an issue-tracking list while you drink coffee or sharing a list from the car. For more complex tasks, you still need to use the web application.
Here’s what you can do with Microsoft Lists:
Track and manage lists wherever you work
See recent and favorite lists
View lists even when offline
Organize your lists and list items
Take and add photos with QR code support
Create lists, share and watch with everyone
Get started fast with ready-made templates
Customize your views with sorting, filtering and grouping methods
Dark mode and horizontal orientation support
Built-in enterprise-grade data security and compliance
Intune device management support with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies
With the application, it is possible to create new lists from scratch or through templates. You can even use an Excel file as a start. The app also supports offline use and dark mode.
Let’s also highlight that you need an Office 365 commercial subscription with SharePoint to access Lists. On the other hand, the company states that while working on the Android version, features will be added to the iPad in the future.
