Qualcomm announced its new chipset designed for affordable wireless headphones. Qualcomm QCC305x series will bring premium features to mid-range wireless headphones.
US-based technology giant Qualcomm has recently announced many new products. The company first introduced the flagship Snapdragon 888 platform, followed by the mid-range Snapdragon 678 processor. Now it’s time for the new chipset developed for inexpensive wireless headphones.
Although Qualcomm QCC305x is designed for wireless headphones in the middle price segment, it includes features specific to expensive models. Support for active noise canceling (ANC) technology and voice assistant compatibility are the first to be noted.
It will bring premium features to the middle class
The quad-core chipset supports the Bluetooth LE Audio standard, which is characterized by low power consumption. It should also be noted that it provides advantages such as better sound quality and lower latency. It also offers functions such as echo cancellation and noise suppression to improve call quality.
The Qualcomm QCC305x series is expected to be used in wireless headphones in the maximum $ 175 band. The new chipsets will bring “premium features” to mid-segment models that we are used to seeing in high-end headphones.
