The release date of the new 24-inch iMac, iPad Pro and Apple TV 4K products marks May 21.
At the Spring Loaded event held by Apple on April 20, the new 24-inch iMac, iPad Pro and Apple TV 4K models were announced, but it was shared that all these products could be released in the second half of May. Now, various leaks say these products may be released on May 21st.
In addition to the leaks, the detail that strengthens the claims about this date most is a short post published in Apple Newsroom. While the post reminds that customers can pre-order these devices from April 30th, there are also some metadata showing 21 of them. It is also among the information that later Apple removed the metadata referring to this date.
Let’s not forget that May 21 is quite a long time since the first announcement, but this has recently become normal for Apple. Additionally, Apple has hosted iPad-centric events in March for the past few years. This year, the iPad launch took place at the end of April and the timeline shifted.
If the May 21 date is certain, Apple will ship the new iMac, Apple TV and iPad Pro just weeks before the launch of WWDC, the annual developer conference that will begin on June 7. There is also the possibility that Apple will introduce more products at this event. A stronger Apple Silicon could be one of them.
