Chinese smartphone manufacturer Huawei introduced the ambitious Nova 7 series, Nova 8, which was introduced in April 2020, and fell into the background. At least, the press and sources often brought the Nova 8 series to their news. Today, as December is about to end, the Nova 7 and Nova 7 Pro models have received the November 2020 security patch.
Huawei Nova 7 and 7 Pro, which received the EMUI 11 update a few weeks ago, interestingly could not get Android 11. EMUI 11 update released for these devices was based on Android 10. Now, a few days before entering January, phones with an update with the EMUI 11.0.0.140 version number and the November 2020 security patch have introduced some new features to their users.
