According to data provided by crypto analytics company Glassnode, the number of wallets with at least 0.1 Bitcoin (BTC) reached its all-time high with 3,054,282. The highest level of all previous times occurred just before the Bitcoin split on May 21.
The data show that since the bull run in 2017, the number of wallets with assets of 0.1 BTC and above has increased steadily. The 3 million wallet limit was broken in early 2020. We can say that the biggest reason for the recent increase in the number of wallets of 0.1 BTC and above is the idea that Bitcoin will enter an upward trend again after the halfway.
On the other hand, in addition to Bitcoin, a new record was broken in the number of wallets with at least 0.1 Ethereum (ETH). According to Glassnode, the number of ETH holders peaked with 2,984,080 wallets.
The analytics company also reported that Ethereum gas usage has reached its all-time high and has increased 58% since the beginning of 2020.
Daily #Ethereum gas usage is currently sitting at all-time highs.
It has seen an increase of 58% since the beginning of the year and is hovering above the 60 billion mark.
