MIUI 13 News: The virtual RAM increase that Xiaomi is expected to include in the MIUI 13 update has been used for the first time on a Redmi phone.
Virtual RAM technology, which is a new development in the smartphone world, is gradually entering the agenda of manufacturers. The virtual RAM feature launched by Vivo and continued by OPPO will be available on Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO phones with the MIUI 13 update. However, a news from China shows that Xiaomi is in a hurry to use this feature and offers it to the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G model as part of an update.
Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G has 6GB and 8GB RAM versions. Along with virtual RAM, it will be able to use 2GB of the internal storage on the phone. Thus, the level of RAM will increase to 8GB and 10GB. Xiaomi aims to bring this development to all phones with MIUI13. Thus, phones with low memory will be able to run the next MIUI version more stable.
The Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G is a Chinese-only phone for now, but we know the company will launch it globally as POCO X3 GT.
