OPPO Watch 2 News: The launch date of the OPPO Watch 2 smartwatch has been announced. Let’s take a look at what’s known so far about the watch that will be introduced next week.
OPPO launched its first smartwatch called Oppo Watch last year, and the company is now preparing to announce its sequel model, called OPPO Watch 2. The poster published by OPPO announced that the second generation smartwatch will be introduced on July 27.
OPPO’s second generation smart watch will have a square design like the first model of the series. It is noted that the biggest improvement in OPPO Watch2 will be on the battery side. The smartwatch will run ColorOS, but will also have a built-in secondary RTOS (Real-time operating system) for longer battery life.
The internal storage of the smart watch, which will be powered by the Snapdragon Wear 4100 chipset, supported by the Apollo 4s chip, is increased to 16GB. OPPO Watch2, which comes with eSIM and LTE support, will have two versions, 42 mm and 46 mm.
The smart watch that will come with a renewed OPPO Relax application will have functions such as measuring the stress level and calculating the oxygen level in the blood. We will also see new screen faces on the smartwatch.
