Using the NVMe 1.3 protocol, the SPECTRIX S20G SSD can reach a maximum read speed of 2500 MB / s.Adata’s gaming organization XPG has launched its new SPECTRIX S20G SSD based on PCIe 3.0 technology.
Coming in the M.2 2280 form factor, the SSD has an aesthetic appearance with passive cooling and RGB lighting.
Aiming primarily at gamers, SPECTRIX S20G can reach 2500 MB / s sequential read and 1800 MB / s write speeds. Random read values are listed as 160,000 IPS and random write speeds as 190,000 IPS. It is also stated that this driver is compatible with the new Intel and AMD platforms.
This model of XPG uses LDPC (Low-Density Parity Check) technology to detect and correct a wider range of data errors. In addition, AES 256 encryption support was offered. The S20G series, backed by a 5-year limited warranty, will be available in 500 GB and 1 TB capacities.
