Battlefield 6, which is expected to bring the Battlefield franchise back to modern times, may be officially unveiled next week.
The excited wait for Battlefield 6, the new game of the Battlefield series, continues. It is now almost certain that the game will be introduced in May, but we do not have any information about the exact day. According to a new report released by Game Reactor today, EA plans to officially launch Battlefield 6 next week.
In the Game Reactor article, it was stated that the news in question was confirmed by six different sources. Game Reactor also says that some of the rumors about Battlefield 6 that came out a few months ago are unrealistic and we will see them clearly next week. All details of the game (including in-game images) are expected to be introduced at the event.
We have read earlier claims that Battlefield 6 will be released as a cross-generation. However, there have been rumors recently that these claims are not true and that the new Battlefield game will only be released for next-generation consoles. Since the new generation consoles have not reached many users yet, it seems unlikely that EA will make such a move at the moment.
On the other hand, Battlefield 6 is expected to come with 128-person maps and have a free battle royale mode similar to Warzone. All these details and much more about the game will be officially revealed soon.
Battlefield 6 will be released towards the end of 2021.
