The AMD Ryzen 5 5600H “Cezanne” processor distinguishes itself from its Renoir-based predecessor with its single-core and multi-core performance.
We expect AMD to introduce its new generation mobile processors at the virtual CES 2021 event. These processors are based on the refined Zen 3 architecture that provides high IPC gain as well as high frequencies.
With the GeekBench 5 test result released today, we will see what the new Cezanne series brings to the table. The test in question reveals the performance of Ryzen 5 5600H, one of AMD’s new mobile processors.
First of all, this processor comes with 6 cores and 12 threads. Produced with the new Zen 3 architecture, the Ryzen 5 5600H scored 1372 in the single-core test and 5713 in the multi-core test. These results show us that it is 37% faster on a single core and 14% faster on a multi-core than its predecessor, the Ryzen 5 4600H processor. In addition, this test indicates that AMD has met its IPC earnings targets.
Finally, let’s say that we expect AMD’s new Cezanne processor family and Radeon RX 6700 series graphics cards to be introduced at CES 2021.
