Samsung Galaxy A72 4G, which has been on the agenda with various leaks for a long time, is one step closer to the launch date by obtaining the NBTC certificate.
The listing on the Thai certification agency’s website does not contain any features of the Galaxy A72 4G model. But a recent leak revealed its design and all its features.
According to this leak, Galaxy A72 4G will be powered by Snapdragon 720G processor along with 6GB or 8GB of RAM. The smartphone comes with Android 11 and has two storage options, 128GB and 256GB. It will also have a microSD card slot for further storage expansion.
The Galaxy A72 4G will feature a 6.7-inch FullHD + 90Hz Super AMOLED display with a fingerprint reader underneath and a hole in the middle for a 32MP selfie camera. The back panel of the smartphone will feature a 64MP primary camera combined with a 12MP ultra-wide, 8MP telephoto. In addition, a 2MP macro lens is also included in the camera setup of the device.
The A72 4G will be available in four colors, with IP67 certification, and will be launched with a 5,000 mAh battery charged via the USB-C port. The FCC announced that the smartphone will come with a 25W adapter.
We haven’t heard anything official from Samsung about the Galaxy A72 yet, but a recent report claims the smartphone will arrive in India in mid-March. However, we believe the 4G and 5G model will be announced this month, as the official images and all the specifications of the phone have been released.
The Samsung Galaxy A72 4G price is said to have a price tag of € 449 in Europe for the basic model with 128GB of storage, while the 256GB variant is said to be sold at € 509.
