Samsung is preparing to launch a new 5G smartphone. The Samsung Galaxy A82 will be the successor to the Galaxy A80 with the first rotating camera in the series.
According to the leakage revealed after the Galaxy A80, which was launched with the rotatable camera module in 2019, Samsung may launch a new rotatable camera smartphone this year. The smartphone manufacturer’s new phone is expected to be the successor of the Galaxy A80.
Available in the second quarter of this year
There is not much detail about the Galaxy A82 smartphone that Samsung is preparing to launch. Its phone is expected to have 5G connectivity support and run Android 11.
The predecessor of the upcoming phone, the Galaxy A80, was launched with a 6.7-inch FHD + display. The rotatable triple camera setup includes a 48MP primary lens, an 8MP ultra wide angle lens and a 3D depth sensor. The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 730G chipset and has 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage. The device has a 3700mAh battery with 25W wired fast charging support.
The Samsung Galaxy A82 5G may arrive in a few months with other upcoming Galaxy A series phones, the Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A72.
