WhatsApp is testing a feature to mute videos to be sent in chats.
The new feature that will come to the instant messaging application WhatsApp allows you to mute the videos you send to people or groups.

So you can silently transmit videos with unwanted sounds.

The feature in question is currently only used by WhatsApp Beta users. So it’s still in the testing phase. However, we can say that it may come to stable version users in a short time.

If you want a video to be silent when an update arrives, you should click the audio icon below the trimming section that appears just before sending the video. When the audio mark changes to the mute mark, the video to be sent will be transmitted without being uploaded.

Finally, let’s say that the WhatsApp Beta quota is full, and if you are not a Beta user, you can use the feature with the full version update coming soon.
