Let’s talk about how Mixoper works. For example; When something goes wrong with the modem, the Mixoper platform in the browser is logged on, and the other party sends a link to the party that has the problem, directing the person to the web application. With this link, photos and videos of the problem in the product are taken and sent to the relevant unit. The customer representative perceives the problem through the eyes of the customer and makes relevant referrals.

Mixoper, which stores photos and videos with the permission of the brands, uses these photos to train artificial intelligence in the face of similar problems that may occur in the future. Thus, the system reaches the customer by filtering similar problems. The platform creates virtual customer representatives with the system it trains with the help of customer representative support.

Founded in May 2018 by Alev Gedik and Mücahid Ateş, Mixoper works with call centers and authorized services. The enterprise, which has a separate R&D team for instant fault detection and early fault diagnosis based on machine learning, operates with a team of 8 people in total.

Pre-seed investment with 500 thousand dollar valuation
Mixoper, which received a pre-seed investment with a $ 500,000 valuation from Growth Circuit Ventures and participated in the Pre-Acceleration program of the San Francisco Draper University, made its first US sale with the Puls company. Joining the top 10 finalists in the Arya Retreat Pitching Challenge contest, the initiative also joined the network of Ideap Research Institute, an independent artificial intelligence development center in Switzerland. Let’s underline that Mixoper started working on diagnosis of disease from X-ray lung film regarding COVID-19 process and supported by Ministry of Industry.

New investment with a valuation of 1 million 250 thousand dollars
Mixoper, which has global competitors such as Techsee in the USA, Blinkin in Germany and Stonly in the UK, has invested 1 million 250 thousand dollars this month and plans to complete the tour by the end of summer. Mixoper works with a monthly subscription model and has a price of 2 thousand dollars. In the Enterprise model, prices are changing. In addition, artificial intelligence-based reporting and analysis are made.

Mixoper plans to expand to European and American markets in the future and aims to increase its rising graphic and spreading rate with the COVID-19 process.
