Intel’s new processor family, which will continue the 14 nm +++ process, will continue to use the LGA 1200 socket. The thermal design powers of Rocket Lake processors were shared.

Intel’s Rocket Lake processors will be the last example of the 14 nm +++ process that has been used for years. TDP values of the models are listed.

Similar TDP as Comet Lake specified for Rocket Lake
According to the list, Core i9 / i7i5-11x00K / F models will come with a TDP of 125 watts. The thermal design power of 65 watts is specified for the chips that will come with an overclock lock and will operate at lower frequencies compared to the K / F models.

Finally, Rocket Lake processors, which will be composed of Cypress Cove cores, where Willow Cove cores will be retrofitted to 14 nm, are expected to offer 24 PCIe 4.0 channels. Let’s add that the processors will offer double digit IPC increase.
