Realme C20 has a 6.5-inch HD + (720 x 1600 pixels) resolution LCD display. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

The device is powered by an 8-core MediaTek Helio G35 chipset with a maximum clock speed of 2.3 GHz. The phone has 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.

Realme C20 has a single 8MP resolution camera with flash on the back. The front camera has a resolution of 5MP.

The phone runs the Android 10 based Realme UI. There is no fingerprint sensor on the device.

Realme C20 has a 5,000 mAh battery with 10W charging support. Measuring 165.2 x 76.4 x 8.9 mm, the device weighs 190 grams.
