One of the most iconic characters from the first Star Wars trilogy will be back in the second season of “The Mandalorian.”
After his apparent death in episode VI, “Return of the Jedi,” Boba Fett, one of the most feared hunters in the entire galaxy, will return to the canon of the saga according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The character will be played by actor Temuera Morrison, who played Jango Fett in episode II: “Attack of the Clones.”
It should be noted that Boba is a clone of Jango, so it is not necessary to resort to the actor who played him in the first trilogy.
It is confirmed that at the moment the character is planned to have a brief appearance in one of the episodes, after his presence was already noticed in the first season.
The second season of “The Mandalorian” is expected to premiere in October 2020 and will feature actor Michael Biehn and directors like Robert Rodriguez and Peyton Reed.
