After the Windows 10 March 2021 Update, a new update has been released that fixes the system crashes due to printer usage.

We shared with you that the Windows 10 March 2021 Update came with a blue screen problem. After the Windows 10 update, some users were experiencing a system crash when using a printer.

After the company offers a workaround, the fix is now available in the form of a batch update. In these updates, there is “one fix that addresses an issue that could cause a blue screen and generate the APC_INDEX_MISMATCH error when trying to print to certain printers using certain applications.” The statement is included.

The fix is available for all affected. Especially for Windows 10 versions 1803, 1809, 1909, 2004, 20H2 and Insider 21H1. In the meantime, let’s underline that the update will not be installed automatically. Users will need to go to Windows Update to check for updates and install a new optional update. In short, solving the problem is quite simple.

Regular updates will arrive later this month. Microsoft has previously stated that they will remove the old Edge browser. Additionally, all future cumulative updates will include this fix as well.
