Video and audio speech feature for WhatsApp Web is being tested.
WhatsApp has been offering voice and video calling services in its mobile applications for a long time.
However, although this feature has been included in WhatsApp’s mobile applications for years, unfortunately it is not available in the WhatsApp Web version. While discussing when this feature will come to the web version, today we see that the voice and video calling feature for the web version of WhatsApp is being tested.
It is unknown when this feature, which is currently being tested, will be available to all users. However, if we look at the screenshots shared by WABetaInfo, we observe that some users have access to video and voice search buttons in the web version.
In the images shared by WABetaInfo, it is revealed that a mini window will be opened when users will make audio or video calls. In this window that opens, there are some controls that we can use during video or voice calls.
As we mentioned at the beginning of the news, this feature of WhatsApp Web is currently being beta tested. Major users can access this feature, which is still in beta. However, according to the information provided by sources close to the company, this search feature is expected to be available to all users within a few weeks.
