Windows 11 system requirements have been revealed. Does your computer support Windows 11? Microsoft has also released an app for it.
As expected, Microsoft announced the new version of the Windows operating system. Will Windows 11, which is preparing to offer a brand new user experience in interface and system infrastructure, work on your computer? Windows 11 system requirements have been revealed.
We will list these system requirements one by one shortly. If your computer does not support all of these features, you need to worry. According to the statement from Microsoft, existing computers will be able to continue using the Windows 10 operating system until October 14, 2025. Looking at the innovations that come with Windows 11, it seems inevitable that the new system will work with more powerful hardware.
Here are the Windows 11 System Requirements
- 64-bit processor
- 4GB of RAM
- 64GB internal storage
- 1Ghz clock speed
- UEFI, Secure Boot feature
- TPM 2.0
- A screen larger than 9 inches with HD Resolution (1366×768)
- DirectX 12 compatible graphics / WDDM 2.x
- Internet connection for Windows 11 Home
- Bye bye 32 bit
Perhaps the biggest problem for folks using older hardware will be that 32-bit systems cannot run Windows 11. Of course, this should not be taken as a surprise, as most modern operating systems have already shelved 32-bit support.
Another big change is that Windows 11 Home users will need to be connected to the internet when they first set up their device. They will also need to have a Microsoft Account, local accounts will no longer be accepted. Microsoft claims this will help make Windows 11 Home a more connected operating system that is better customized to your interests. On Windows 11 Pro, however, offline installation will continue to be allowed.
