Examining the structure of the Xiaomi MIUI 12.5 beta version, Xiaomi reveals that it is working on two new phones that support 67W wireless charging. The code names of the two phones in question are “star” and “mars”.

Evidence suggests that one of them is probably the still unannounced Mi 11 Pro, but the other remains a mystery. Could this be a Mi 11 Ultra? One thing is for sure, though, these phones are somehow related to each other as the model names end with K1 and K1A. It can also mean that these are the same phone but designed for different regions. In addition, the “star” will definitely power Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 chipset.

Interestingly, the latest report contrasts with an earlier leak that suggested the Mi 11 Pro will support 80W wireless charging. Then again, it could mean Xiaomi is working on an 80W wireless charger, but we won’t see a phone with that technology anytime soon.

While Xiaomi continues to come up with its new technologies, it has started to offer us different innovations in the mobile market. The Chinese manufacturer, which has been criticized for not innovating, seems to come up with more innovations in 2021. Because especially the Mi Mi 4 images we shared recently, it also reveals that Xiaomi is working on a new “thing”.
