Xiaomi’s two top models, the Xiaomi Mi 11 and Redmi K40 Pro, shared their trump card in the AnTuTu test. So which one performed better?
Xiaomi announced the top model Mi 11, powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 processor earlier this year. Redmi, the sub-brand, introduced the Redmi K40 Pro and K40 Pro Plus models with similar processors the other day. Even though the Xiaomi Mi11 and Redmi K40 Pro use the same processor and even similar memory technologies (UFS 3.1, LPDDR5 RAM), they achieve different results on the performance side.
In the lower section, you will find both the comparison video and performance results of both phones. There is a remarkable difference between the two phones, especially at the processor performance point.
Xiaomi Mi 11 and Redmi K40 Pro AnTuTu Results
Xiaomi Mi 11: 192,439 points
Redmi K40 Pro: 204,623 points
Xiaomi Mi 11: 297,398 points
Redmi K40 Pro: 318,177 points
Xiaomi Mi 11: 98,982 points
Redmi K40 Pro: 95,433 points
Xiaomi Mi 11: 96,672 points
Redmi K40 Pro: 99,629 points
Looking at the overall performance results, the Redmi K40 Pro manages to get 717,862 points and the Mi 11 685,491 points. The Redmi K40 Pro will apparently be the new owner of the top in the next most powerful phones ranking published by AnTuTu.
Despite the use of similar processor and similar memory technologies, the reason for the difference in performance between the two phones is not specified. We cannot see what operations were done before testing with phones. In this case, thermal differences can cause such differences in performance. We hope to see clearer benchmark results when the K40 Pro and Mi 11 are widely available.
