Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra News: Xiaomi’s phone with the world’s best camera fell far short of expectations in the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra screen test. Here is the DxOMark score.
Xiaomi’s flagship Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra attracted attention with the score it received from DxOMark. The phone, which is at the top of the list in terms of camera, was subjected to the screen test of DxOMark today. Unfortunately, the phone got far, far below the expectations with the screen score it received.
Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra failed in display
The Xiaomi flagship model still managed to score well. However, the 87 points he received against his rivals, unfortunately, could not even put the phone in the top 5. The phone, which can find itself in the 16th place with the score it has received, lagged behind the iPhone 12 Pro in terms of screen. It should be noted that Samsung’s new flagship series Galaxy S21 is at the top of the list.
The DxOMark team draws attention to the high maximum screen brightness, accurate color reproduction, but also a number of shortcomings. For example, the phone has problems with fluency in gallery and web browsing, insufficient dark details when viewing HDR10 content, and incorrect scaling in the gallery app.
It should be noted that the Mi 11 Ultra comes with a 6.81-inch Quad HD + (3200 × 1440 pixels) resolution AMOLED display. This panel has 20: 9 display format, HDR10 + support, 120 Hz refresh rate, 1700 nits (peak) brightness, MEMC, 100% DCI -P3 Wide Color Gamut and Dolby Vision support.
With Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection, this screen is resistant to scratches and impacts, and the points it gets in the legibility and touch section are unfortunately deplorable. We hope Xiaomi releases an update soon and it specifically fixes the refresh rate issues.
