The Colonie Center Mall was on lockdown for about an hour on Saturday morning. Police officers are stationed at Colonie Center after receiving an anonymous 911 call reporting an armed individual was headed to the mall.
WTEN announced that, as indicated by the Colonie Police Department, the shopping center was at first secured after a danger had been made at 10:53 a.m.
At 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Colonie police disclosed to Times Union that the lockdown had been lifted, yet declined to give any extra data.
