The victory of Democrat Joe Biden in the American presidential election was officially certified this Thursday, December 7 in the morning by the voice of Mike Pence, current vice-president of Donald Trump, before the United States Congress.
Mike Pence certified the vote of 306 voters in favor of the Democrat against 232 for Donald Trump.
After having had to interrupt its debates Wednesday afternoon following the intrusion of supporters of the outgoing president who sowed chaos in the Capitol , Congress resumed in the evening the process of certification of the Democrat’s victory, by rejecting, in the Senate and then in the House of Representatives, the objections of elected Republicans aimed at the results of the presidential election in the State of Arizona then in that of Pennsylvania.
